The short version. EBR uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, so we do not ask for your consent and there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before setting any optional cookie.

About the Cloudflare cookies. Cloudflare sits in front of every page to deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks and bots. It sets the cookies marked Cloudflare above only when one of those protections applies to your visit, for example a security check. They are strictly necessary, they are not used for advertising, and they do not track you across other sites.
Other services our pages load. Our pages load some code libraries from cdnjs (a Cloudflare service) and code.jquery.com, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors. These services receive your IP address so they can send files or count a visit, but we do not use them to set cookies or track you.
Controlling cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in or submit a paper, but you can still read every paper.
